Hi, welcome to The Movement Practice.
It is my privilege to work as a registered Osteopath and it is my top priority in helping people back to health. I am trained to recognise and treat a large variety of physical conditions and can refer patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary. I have a First Class degree from the College of Osteopaths (Staffordshire University) also hold a BA in Physical Education and teach A Level in Further Education, specialising in anatomy & physiology. Furthermore, I also take great pride in assisting in lectures at the College of Osteopaths.
I came across Osteopathy after injuring my lower back while skiing in Canada several years ago. Over time I sought treatment and advice for a few other sports-related injuries and was astounded with the effectiveness of the treatment, all without a single injection, stitch or other medical intervention.
Away from work, I am a passionate sportsman who has competed at national league level in Basketball. I also enjoy a variety of sports and hobbies, including Rowing, CrossFit (CrossFit Level 1 Trainer), Golf, Climbing and Pilates.
Finally, I love to spend time with my family walking Fern.......our gorgeous Wire-haired Vizsla!
