Osteopathy utilises a 'hands on' approach to reduce muscle tension, increase blood flow and improve range of movement. An osteopath does a lot more than just treat back pain!

 

Common techniques include massage, joint articulations, manipulations and muscle stretching. KT taping may also be offered as part of the treatment, in addition to Pilates and specific stretching and 

strengthening exercises.
